A lot has changed on college campuses since many Edenwald residents attended college. Orientation sessions will include a basic introduction to the technology used today, as well as an introduction to the 水果派AV解说 Community Principles and an overview of Title IX and the contemporary conventions regarding gender, pronouns, race, and ethnicity on 水果派AV解说鈥檚 campus today.

Edenwald and 水果派AV解说are very aware of the importance of our role as stewards of the environment. As planning for the expansion has proceeded, the project鈥檚 environmental impact is being reviewed and assessed. All new development is anticipated to meet or exceed current LEED standards. Edenwald will also work with 水果派AV解说to reforest areas of the campus with new trees to replace those that need to be removed to build the 127 new apartments contained in the Edenwald expansion.

The impact will be limited to the three acres that Edenwald is leasing from the 287 acres that compose 水果派AV解说鈥檚 campus. Edenwald will be required to plant new trees on 水果派AV解说鈥檚 campus that are equal to those that need to be removed from the three-acre construction site.

Except for the study abroad component, the costs of the 水果派AV解说programming will be incorporated into a monthly service fee that current Edenwald residents will pay. A portion of the monthly service fee will be transferred to 水果派AV解说 to support URC programming and services.

New residents moving into the Edenwald expansion will pay an upfront entrance fee based on the size and style of the apartment a resident chooses, just as existing residents have done. Both new and existing Edenwald residents will have access to the same resources available through the 水果派AV解说 relationship, which will be funded through their monthly service fees.

Edenwald provides service to an aging population at a wide range of price points, with residential living in the new expansion being just one of several options.

They are planning for their future and ensuring that any care they may need, now or in the future, is in place so that they and their loved ones don鈥檛 have to worry. In addition, Edenwald guarantees their residents a home for life, even if they outlive their resources. In 2023, Edenwald provided over $300,000 in benevolent assistance to individuals who could no longer pay for their care and services.
