Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ Symposium

Each year, the college sets aside a day in the academic calendar to hold the Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ Symposium, a celebration of student learning and scholarship.

On May 8, 2026, more than 150 students from across all the college’s academic centers will be sharing their talents, their reflections, and their research through displays, performances, and presentations. The wide range of student work includes the presentation of original research in the sciences and humanities, advocacy for social justice, community-based projects, and creative works in the fine and performing arts. And this year, for the first time, the Symposium kicks off virtually on Thursday May 7th to feature the research, creativity, and lessons learned from across Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵'s Graduate programs.

The undergraduate presentations will be held in-person and live-streamed, while the graduate presentations will be virtual only. We invite all friends and family to join us in-person or virtually to celebrate our students’ work.

We are proud to share these projects, which capture the breadth and depth of our students’ accomplishments and typify the transformative power of a Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ education in and beyond the classroom throughout our local community, and around the world.
