For Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ students

Registration for J-Term courses for Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ students will run concurrently with Spring semester course registration from November 17-21, 2025. Please visit to sign up for J-Term courses.  

After November 21, Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ students should submit a to request the addition of a J-Term course. Your request will be considered on a space available basis.

Students should sign up for only one 4-credit course during J-Term. These courses meet for 3 hours per day and are very time intensive. 

For non-Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ students

Non-Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵ students will need to complete Ë®¹ûÅÉAV½â˵’s . Once the application has been approved, you will be contacted and registered for your preferred J-Term course by the Office of the Registrar.

Students should sign up for only one 4-credit course during J-Term. These courses meet for 3 hours per day and are very time intensive. 

Deadlines for J-Term courses

The deadline to drop a J-Term course is January 5, 2026. The course withdrawal period is January 6-23, 2025. If you wish to drop or withdraw from a J-Term course, please use the .

Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for withdrawals after January 5, 2025 (the first day of J-Term).
